Amazin' Loaded Crinkle Fries
You can eyeball the ratios as you'd like - we're not being picky here.
Recipe inspired by ballpark concessions at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets.

Ingredients
  • Frozen crinkle fries, preferably Nathan's
  • Bacon
  • Frozen popcorn chicken, preferably Frank's Red Hot
  • Chives, chopped
  • Jalapenos, sliced thin (or remove the stems and seeds and dice small if heat is not your game)
  • Ranch, homemade if you can, otherwise Hidden Valley Ranch will do
  • Jarred cheese dip, preferably Kraft Cheez Whiz
    1. Steps
    2. Cook bacon to desired doneness, let cool, then chop into small pieces.
    3. Cook fries according to package directions.
    4. Cook popcorn chicken according to package directions (try to get timing for fries and chicken as close to finishing at the same time).
    5. Remove chicken from oven and chop into pieces.
    6. Remove fries from oven and set aside.
    7. Place bacon on a microwave safe plate and reheat in microwave (optional).
    8. Plate desired amount of Whiz into a microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave.
    9. Layer your serving trays by the following: 1/2 amount of fries, Cheese Whiz, remaining 1/2 of fries, popcorn chicken pieces, bacon pieces, jalapeno slices, ranch dressing, top with chopped chives.
